*50m water resistance is based on ISO standard 22810:2010. The watch is water resistant to 5 ATM (50 meters deep). It can be used in the pool, when swimming near the shore or during other shallow water activities. However, it cannot be used in hot showers, saunas or when diving. Also, remember to avoid direct impact of rapid currents on the watch during water sports. The water resistance function is not permanent and may decrease over time.

Heart rate, SpO2 and stress monitoring
In turn, the Xiaomi Watch 2 takes care of you and monitors your physical well-being 24 hours a day using its 12-channel advanced module for heart rate detection. Moving on to the aesthetics, the Xiaomi Watch 2 features an attractive black design with a lightweight aluminum alloy body very similar to that of the Xiaomi Watch S3 . Although it offers a somewhat more modern aesthetic with buttons on the right side, the classic look is evident through its round case .

This comes with a comfortable black silicone strap (fluoroelastomer) that is sweat and water resistant. And if you get bored of the original strap, you can easily replace it with a universal 22mm strap .

"Unavailable To Order" - These products are currently unavailable to order. In the event consistent supply becomes available, they will be made available for ordering.

Once your order has been shipped from us, delivery can be expected anywhere from 1-3 working days following the shipped notification. Delivery times are dependent on your location however can be influenced by external factors such as weather delays, load-shedding, traffic and overall volume of packages.

Warranty ?

• For all products where the title states "Local Stock", the full manufacturer warranty is provided, normally for 12 months.
• For all products where the title states "Special Import", a warranty is provided exclusively by Connected Devices normally for 12 months.
• For "Pre-Owned", we provide a minimum 3 month warranty. In some cases, the product still has the manufacturer warranty, which would be indicated on the product page.

Returning Goods ?

• Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
• We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
• Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?

• You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause. These products can still be returned should they develop a fault, during the warranty period.

• Where products have been imported from international markets, these products may differ in benefit and/or after sales support than the same product sourced in South Africa.  These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
  
• Where Products are imported directly by Connected Devices or a non-authorized distributor, these products do not benefit from the exclusive offer in South Africa. This includes but is not limited to, the Wi-Fi offer, ADH Cover and Extended 24 Month Warranty period.
