Please note this product is a "Special Import" item which means that we import it for you, once an order is placed and paid for. Normally, these items arrive with us within 7-10 working days from order assuming no issues with stock availability. All "Special Import" items carry a warranty of 12 months. Snapdragon processor for 5G networks
Inside, this new Xiaomi model has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the new version of the processor that, in addition to having very high power, allows it to be maintained for longer. This chipset not only allows you to play without any slowdown, but also allows you to connect to 5G networks.
12GB of RAM and 256GB of capacity
As for its memories, the Xiaomi 13 Pro has about 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a storage capacity of 256GB.
4820 mAh battery with several advantages
On the other hand, the 4820 mAh battery that it mounts not only lasts a long time, but also has advantages such as 120W fast charging, 50W wireless charging via Qi protocol and 10W reversible wireless charging.
The highlight: a great combination of cameras
The highlight of this model is its combination of cameras. The rear cameras are signed by Leica, which improves the general quality of the images. In addition, it has a triple imaging system consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, another 50 MP ultra-wide angle and a 50 MP telephoto sensor. As a front camera, it has a 32 MP lens.
MIUI 14 layer in your Android 13 system
Finally, this new Xiaomi terminal has the Android 13 operating system incorporated, with the cleanest layer of MIUI that the brand has developed. Thus, it weighs much less, has only what is necessary and allows you to uninstall almost all the apps on the system. And all this improving performance and general fluidity.

"In Stock" - These products normally ship within 1 working day.
"Available To Order" - Products which are available to order typically ship from us in 15-20 working days from order, assuming no issues with availability.
"Unavailable To Order" - These products are currently unavailable to order. In the event consistent supply becomes available, they will be made available for ordering.
Once your order has been shipped from us, delivery can be expected anywhere from 1-3 working days following the shipped notification. Delivery times are dependent on your location however can be influenced by external factors such as weather delays, load-shedding, traffic and overall volume of packages.

- All deliveries are done to your door and are fully insured.
- Deliveries take place on weekdays only, during normal business hours.
- Once you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive notifications at every status throughout the delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive usually anywhere from 1-3 working days after this notification.

Warranty ?
- For all products where the title states "Local Stock", the full manufacturer warranty is provided, normally for 12 months.
- For all products where the title states "Special Import", a warranty is provided exclusively by Connected Devices normally for 12 months.
- For "Pre-Owned", we provide a minimum 3 month warranty. In some cases, the product still has the manufacturer warranty, which would be indicated on the product page.
Returning Goods ?
- Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
- We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
- Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?
- You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause. These products can still be returned should they develop a fault, during the warranty period.
Special Import - Where products have been imported from international markets, these products may differ in benefit and/or after sales support than the same product sourced in South Africa. These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
- Where Products are imported directly by Connected Devices or a non-authorized distributor, these products do not benefit from the exclusive offer in South Africa. This includes but is not limited to, the Wi-Fi offer, ADH Cover and Extended 24 Month Warranty period.
- These devices carry a 12-month warranty, supported by Connected Devices in South Africa and not from the local manufacturer/distributor of the product.
- These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
