Three modes of play
TV mode
Gather everyone in front of a screen and enjoy the game together. Connect the console to the television and everyone will have a great time, children and adults. It's a great way to include the whole house, family and friends, in the game. Place the Nintendo Switch console in the Nintendo Switch dock, connect the HDMI cable to your TV, and you're ready to play on the big screen

Desktop mode
Share the screen, share the fun. If you don't have access to a TV, open the console stand and pass a Joy-Con to a friend to play cooperative or competitive games on the same console screen. Open the stand on the back of the Nintendo Switch console to play on the built-in screen. This mode is useful when you don't have any TV available. You can even play with two, with a Joy-Con for each player.

Portable mode
Take a splendid screen with you wherever you go. Enjoy the same gaming experience as on the TV, but in your hands. Let yourself be immersed in games you never thought you could play outside the home, whenever and however you want. Attach the Joy-Con to the Nintendo Switch console and play anywhere. Play wherever and however you want on your 6.2-inch screen.

Fun for everyone with Joy-Con
Nintendo Switch has two controllers, one on each side of the console, that work together: the Joy-Con. If you attach the two Joy-Con to the Joy-Con controller holder, they will function as a conventional controller, while separately they will function as two fully functional individual controllers. Pass a Joy-Con to a friend to play a cooperative or competitive game wherever you want. In addition to playing while holding one Joy-Con vertically or horizontally, you can also play with both Joy-Cons at the same time, one in each hand. Attach the included Joy-Con controller straps and put them on your wrists to enjoy motion controls. If you hold the Joy-Con sideways, you can access the SL and SR buttons easily.

As a parent, it's not always easy to keep an eye on your children's time spent with entertainment devices. The Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app is a free smart device app which you can link with Nintendo Switch to easily monitor what and how your children are playing. With the app, you can easily monitor what your child is playing and for how long, set time limits for play, or even restrict your child's access to only play age-appropriate games. If you do not have a smart device you can also set certain restrictions on your Nintendo Switch directly.

"Available To Order" - Products which are available to order typically ship from us in 7-10 working days from order, assuming no issues with availability.

"Unavailable To Order" - These products are currently unavailable to order. In the event consistent supply becomes available, they will be made available for ordering.

Once your order has been shipped from us, delivery can be expected anywhere from 1-3 working days following the shipped notification. Delivery times are dependent on your location however can be influenced by external factors such as weather delays, load-shedding, traffic and overall volume of packages.

• All deliveries are done to your door and are fully insured.
• Deliveries take place on weekdays only, during normal business hours.
• Once you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive notifications at every status throughout the delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive usually anywhere from 1-3 working days after this notification.

Warranty ?

• For all products where the title states "Local Stock", the full manufacturer warranty is provided, normally for 12 months.
• For all products where the title states "Special Import", a warranty is provided exclusively by Connected Devices normally for 12 months.
• For "Pre-Owned", we provide a minimum 3 month warranty. In some cases, the product still has the manufacturer warranty, which would be indicated on the product page.

Returning Goods ?

• Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
• We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
• Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?

• You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause. These products can still be returned should they develop a fault, during the warranty period.
  
  Special Import
• Where products have been imported from international markets, these products may differ in benefit and/or after sales support than the same product sourced in South Africa.  These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
  
• Where Products are imported directly by Connected Devices or a non-authorized distributor, these products do not benefit from the exclusive offer in South Africa. This includes but is not limited to, the Wi-Fi offer, ADH Cover and Extended 24 Month Warranty period.
  
• These devices carry a 12-month warranty, supported by Connected Devices in South Africa and not from the local manufacturer/distributor of the product.
  
•  These products will be identified in the product title with the wording "Special Import".
