Returning Goods ?
Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
We require all returns for any reason to have an RA Number. Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a full refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause.
We offer free delivery for all orders within South Africa. For orders outside of South Africa, shipping is available from R500 to most countries on the continent.
We only ship using professional courier partners including Courier IT, The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing.
Once you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive notifications at every status throughout the delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive usually anywhere from 1-3 working days after this notification.

If it happens the phone defects, within 12 months of purchase, will I be assisted for repairs or should I do it myself? Do I pay ahead or upon delivery?

We offer a 6 month warranty on the Redmi Note 8 and in the unlikely event of something going wrong with the device in that period, we would collect it from you and have it repaired or replaced if necessary. If it gives issues after the 6 month period is over, we have very good service repair partners who would be able to assist you. Please note that the warranty does not cover human abuse, cracked or broken screen or water damage.
We do not offer a COD option as the courier companies are not geared up for this. Once you place the order you will receive an email on all the ways to pay.
