We require all returns for any reason to have an RA Number. Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a full refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

We offer free delivery for all orders within South Africa. For orders outside of South Africa, shipping is available from R500 to most countries on the continent.
We only ship using professional courier partners including Courier IT, The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing.
Once you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive notifications at every status throughout the delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive usually anywhere from 1-3 working days after this notification.

how long is the guarentee on this phone and who will back that guarentee please? also do you have a dual sim version with a two year guarentee?

It is covered by the Samsung SA warranty which we believe is 2 years and if you have any issues with it any Samsung customer service centre would be able to assist.
The Dual sim is a special import which would be imported especially for you and we offer a 1 year warranty on the device covered exclusively by Connected Devices. Please note that the warranty does not cover human abuse, cracked or broken screen or water damage. Further, the terms of the warranty are the same as what Samsung offer we merely facilitate the logistics.

1) All our devices are brand new, unless otherwise specified in the title of the product using the words like "Pre-Owned", "Refurbished"
2) The warranty period is 24 months, supported by Samsung in South Africa.
3) This is the Single Sim version, the dual sim version is available but not for the current promotional price.
4) Delivery is free of charge within South Africa.
