Oppo Reno 3 Pro overview
Display OPPO Reno 3 Pro features a 6.4 inches (16.26 cm) Super AMOLED display that gets a punch-hole in its display. The screen bears a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels along with a density of 411ppi, which adds sharpness to the visuals.
Camera The device sports a distinctive quad-camera set up on its rear with a 64MP primary camera, capable of capturing up to 108MP images. The primary camera is supported by a 13MP Telephoto Camera, an 8MP Ultra-Wide Angle lens, and a 2MP lens. The camera set up is well-equipped with features like 20x Zoom, 2x Optical Zoom, AI-based Noise Reduction, Contrast Detection autofocus and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). On the front, the Reno 3 Pro features a 44MP camera and a 2MP depth-sensing lens, making it the World's first smartphone to get such a setup.

Simple, Hassle-Free Returns. We believe that returning your product should be as easy as it was when you placed your order for it.
We offer free returns, so we'll arrange the pick-up of your item and return it back to you at no cost. This does not apply to change of mind returns.
We require all returns for any reason to have an RA Number. Pretty much all items on Connected Devices can be returned for any reason for a full refund except items that we’ve ordered specially for you. These items are indicated by “Special Import” in the title of the product.

Changed your Mind Return ?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product to us for any reason whatsoever. This is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act. Note that items marked as "Special Import" which have been imported specially for you, cannot be returned under this clause.
We offer free delivery for all orders within South Africa. For orders outside of South Africa, shipping is available from R500 to most countries on the continent.
We only ship using professional courier partners including Courier IT, The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing.
Once you've received a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive notifications at every status throughout the delivery. You can expect your parcel to arrive usually anywhere from 1-3 working days after this notification.

Is the Oppo Reno Blue available in South Africa? Can I get accessories such as screen protector and pouch and where do I get help if there is problem with the phone?

We have it available as a special import that we would import especially for you and that generally takes 7-10 working days to reach us provided there are no delays caused by the limited amount of flights coming to SA due to the virus.
Unfortunately we do not keep any accessories for the Oppo range.
We offer a 1 year warranty on the device covered exclusively by Connected Devices. Please note that the warranty does not cover human abuse, cracked or broken screen or water damage. Further, the terms of the warranty are the same as what Oppo offer we merely facilitate the logistics. Should you have issues once the warranty is up, we have 2 very good repair partners that will be able to assist you.
